Help with Predefined Screens
Zacks has several predefined screens
to help you get started screening
quickly. To run a predefined screen,
go to the predefined screening page and click on
a screen. Select the desired market
cap from the drop-down box and then
click on 'Run Screen' to search
for stocks. This will automatically
search the Zacks universe of over
6000 stocks for companies matching
the predefined objective. You will
then be taken to a report, where
you will have the option to save
the companies in a portfolio or
look up more information using company
research on the Zacks website.

The following predefined screens
are available:
Top Value - [Price/Book&
Peg Ratio] This is a value screen
that is equally weighted and ranked
in ascending order by the price-to-book
ratio and the price-to-growth ratio
for the active universe of stocks.
The lower the ranking, the better
the value.
Top EPS Growth Stocks - [Estimated
1 Yr EPS Growth & Estimated 2 Yr
EPS Growth & Next 3-5 Yr Est. EPS
Growth] This is an EPS Growth screen
that is equally weighted and ranked
in descending order by the Estimated
1 Year EPS Growth & Estimated 2
Year EPS Growth & Next 3-5 Year
Estimated EPS Growth for the active
universe of stocks. The lower the
ranking, the better the growth.
Highest Dividend Yields -
This screen is used to find the
highest dividend yields.
Top Insider Buying - This
screen is used for finding the stocks
with the most insiders buying.
Top Insider Selling - This
screen is used for finding the top
stocks with the most insiders selling.
Top (%) Price Movers - This
screen lets you find top stocks
with the largest price changes for
1 week, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, or Year-to
Date.
Top (%) Upgrades - (4 weeks)
- This screens for the top stocks
with analyst upgrades in the last
4 weeks.
Top (%) Downgrades - (4 weeks)
- This screens for the top stocks
with analyst downgrades in the last
4 weeks.
Top (%) Change Current FY EPS
- (1 week) - This screens
for the top changes in the Current
Fiscal Year EPS.
Top (%) Change Next FY EPS
- (1 week) - This screens
for the top changes in the Next
Fiscal Year EPS.
