• Vickers Insider Indexes for all US securities:
  The Vickers proprietary formula analyzes insider transactions for the past six months and takes into account several factors that are weighted to relative importance. These factors include the number of buy and sell transactions recorded for each company, the percentage change in each insiders' holdings, unanimity (all insiders buying or selling), the dollar value of the transactions and reversals in insider buying patterns (i.e. change from buying to selling). The indexes are updated weekly.
